When is the registration deadline?
Early-bird pricing ends March 31, 2026. Standard registration closes May 20, 2026. On-site registration may be available subject to capacity. We strongly recommend registering early to secure your preferred package at the best price.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes, GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically after registration. You can also request a custom invoice for corporate billing by emailing register@bharatai2026.in with your GSTIN and company details.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full refund. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund, but ticket transfer is permitted. If the event is cancelled, 100% refund is guaranteed.
How do I apply to speak at the conference?
Submit your speaking proposal through the Call for Papers form on our website, or email speakers@bharatai2026.in with your proposed topic, abstract, and brief bio. Our programme committee reviews all proposals on a rolling basis.
Are group discounts available?
Yes! Groups of 5+ receive a 10% discount, 10+ receive 15% off, and 20+ receive 20% off. Contact register@bharatai2026.in with your group size and we'll send you a group registration code and invoice.
What is included in the exhibition booth packages?
Exhibition packages include booth space (9–36 sqm), power connections, Wi-Fi, fascia board, delegate passes, company listing in the official catalogue, and access to the pre-event exhibitor portal. Premium packages include branding on digital displays and live demo theatre slots.
