Code of Conduct
Bharat AI Innovation 2026 is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, neurotype, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, age, religion, or technology choices.
1. Expected behaviour
- Be respectful and considerate in all communication, on-stage and in conversation.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing speech and behaviour.
- Respect the venue, exhibitors, speakers, organisers, vendors, and other attendees.
- Follow venue safety and security instructions at all times.
2. Unacceptable behaviour
- Harassment of any form: verbal, physical, written, photographic, or electronic.
- Sexual language or imagery in sessions, exhibitor booths, or networking spaces.
- Stalking, intimidation, sustained disruption of sessions, or unwanted physical contact.
- Inappropriate use of nudity or sexual imagery in promotional materials.
- Photography or recording of any individual without their consent.
- Bringing weapons, illegal substances, or any item prohibited by venue rules.
3. Reporting
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code, please report it to a member of the organising team (identified by an "Organiser" badge) or email info@bharataiinnovation.com immediately. All reports are treated confidentially.
4. Consequences
Anyone violating this Code may be: warned, asked to stop the behaviour, removed from the venue without refund, banned from future events, and reported to law enforcement where applicable. We reserve the right to enforce this Code at our sole discretion.
5. Scope
This Code applies at all official Event venues and social functions, on the official networking app, and in all online channels operated for the Event.
