Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and attendance at Bharat AI Innovation Conference & Exhibition 2026 ("the Event") organised by Aegis Knowledge Trust at World Trade Center Mumbai on 20–21 November 2026, and your use of bharataiinnovation.com.
1. Acceptance
By registering for the Event or using this website you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Code of Conduct.
2. Registration and passes
- You must provide accurate registration information and use your pass only for yourself; passes are personal and non-transferable except where stated in our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke a pass without refund for failure to follow venue rules, our Code of Conduct, or applicable law.
- Photo identification matching the registration name is required at the badge desk.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before despatch of confirmation.
4. Programme changes
The published programme, speakers, schedule, exhibitors, and venue allocation may change. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registered delegates of significant changes by email.
5. Force majeure
If the Event is cancelled, postponed, or moved to a virtual format due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government action, terrorism, or venue unavailability), our liability is limited as set out in the Refund Policy.
6. Photography and recording
By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional, archival, and editorial use by Aegis Knowledge Trust and its media partners. If you do not wish to be filmed, please contact info@bharataiinnovation.com in advance.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and at the Event (presentations, branding, exhibits) is owned by the respective speakers, exhibitors, organisers, or licensors. You may not record, reproduce, broadcast, or distribute Event content without prior written permission.
8. Exhibitors and sponsors
Exhibitors and sponsors are governed by their respective signed Exhibitor or Sponsor Agreements, which form part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to any single registered attendee is limited to the amount actually paid by that attendee for the relevant pass. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses (including travel and accommodation costs).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
