Aegis Knowledge Trust ("we", "us", "our"), the organiser of the Bharat AI Innovation Conference & Exhibition 2026 ("the Event"), is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable data-protection laws.

- Registration data: name, email, phone, organisation, job title, industry, company size, city, country, special requirements, package selected.
- Communication data: messages you send via our contact forms, email, or phone.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referrer, collected via standard server logs and analytics cookies.
- Photographs and recordings: we may photograph or record sessions and the exhibition floor for promotional use.
2. Purpose of processing
- To process your registration, issue passes, and provide event access.
- To send event-related operational communications (schedule, venue, badging, networking app).
- To send the post-event newsletter and information about future Aegis events (only if you opt in).
- To improve our website and event experience.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) trusted service providers (payment processor, email delivery, networking-app vendor, ticketing) under written confidentiality terms; (b) sponsors and partners only with your explicit consent through opt-in actions you take in the networking app; (c) regulators or law enforcement when required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Some service providers operate outside India. We use providers with industry-standard security and contractual safeguards.
5. Retention
Registration data is retained for up to 3 years after the Event for accounting and follow-up. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
